Peer Reviews and the Intelligent Consumer

Community is central to the SharedReviews model. By providing to our individual members a platform on which they can commiserate, sharing their consumer experiences, we intend to change the way that consumers consume.
It is our intention to create an unbiased venue that empowers the individual consumer to make intelligent and decisive buying decisions. The idea itself is simple enough, rather than delivering advertisements with shameless testimonials about shady products, we’ve handed you, the consumer, with your very own mic to speak out about what you like, what you hate and what you’re completely ambivalent about. And it’s not just you.
SharedReviews allows any genuine consumer to step onto his or her soapbox to say whatever they feel the need to say. In this fashion, we hope to bring true, unbiased reviews to the general populace.
Sounds like a bit of work, right? Fret not, your efforts won’t go unrewarded. SharedReviews utilizes a unique system of targeting our community reviews on destinations that are relevant to each respective review. As those reviews generate ad revenue, the community shares in a percentage of every dollar earned. There’s more, because we’re about community, our reviews are highly dependent upon community participation.
Reviews are deemed valuable by the number of votes it receives from SharedReviews community peers. Since communities are built around sharing, those who voted on reviews will also share in a percentage of the revenue earned from a respective review. It’s our way of giving back to our most valuable assets (you) and it’s what makes SharedReviews a completely unique consumer experience.
The key to success is to embrace your Peer Groups. Be active. Socialize with individuals. Make yourself known and you will establish yourself as an integral part of the SharedReviews community. The result will prove profitable.
