Heading into our second month of the popularity score review ranking has brought us some wins, some ties, and lots and lots of learning. I wanted to thank all of you who helped work through some of our growing pains as we launch a system that’s different than everyone’s used to, but much better and exciting than anything we’ve ever done in the past!

Our second month greets us with a Community Cash Rewards amount of $1,500 (plus contests) with some changes as outlined below:

1) Vote allowances have been reduced by half, to what they were before our revenue sharing hiatus. Here is the new structure:

ShareScore: Amount of votes per category
0-24: 1
25-74: 2
75-94: 3
95-100: 4

ShareScore: Total amount of votes available to you
0-24: 100
25-74: 200
75-94: 400
95-100: 800

2) Vote bonuses for publishing new reviews and referring new members to the site have been greatly increased. Publishing a new Review now results in an increase of 15 extra votes from 5, and referrals have are now 20 votes each from 10. These are two great ways to make your voting power significantly increase.
